Louisiana Food Experience

New Orleans is not only known for its music but also for its savory and varied cuisine that blends French, Spanish, Creole and African culinary traditions.

The delicious cuisine of New Orleans and Louisiana is known and appreciated throughout the world.
This year a creole and cajun food offer will be found at the New Orleans village (newly located at Piazzale Torre) in cooperation with one of New Orleans’ most renowned chefs, Brian Landry (Borgne Restaurant  - John Besh Restaurant Group). At the village’s various stands (open from 18.00 to 24.00), you can taste “po-boys” sandwiches, jambalaya, gumbo and typical drink specialties. Two restaurants in Ascona –Pontile and Nostrana– will furthermore offer a special New Orleans menu.
