Blues Swingers - T-Bone Jumps again

Born in Texas in 1910, T-Bone was one of the most revolutionary musicians of modern history. A pioneer of the modern electric guitar, he literally revolutionized 1940s/50s blues, influencing all of the pop music that followed; in particular Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton or Stevie Ray Vaughan. It is thanks to the T-Bone Jumps Again project that the Ascona audience will get to relive the great Texan’s music. The project was launched in 2010 in T-Bone Walker’s centennial year by bluesman and guitarist Roberto Testini and his Blues Swingers, an excellent band that is a reference for Italian blues-swing.
