The Gospel Light Vocal Ensemble

The Gospel Light Vocal Ensemble were founded in 2016 as a vocal group with six solo voices. Their repertoire is a journey through African American music, from spiritual to contemporary gospel, including musical and sophisticated jazz standards. Both their broad repertoire and the original polyphonic arrangements, curated by Sabrina Olivieri, make for first class music with a strong emotional impact. The vocal sextet brings along an exceptional rhythmic section with a keyboard-piano, bass, and drums (occasionally silenced to make room for a cappella or piano-only songs). A powerful show and music for all ages.
