Jazz Tube: a living encyclopedia of good old jazz
A living encyclopedia of Dixieland (their latest CD is aptly titled Dixiepedia) and traditional jazz: here are the Jazz Tube, a Swiss septet playing impeccable New Orleans jazz, made up of musicians raised on nothing but jazz. Founded in 1991 in Ruswil, Lucerne, the Jazz Tube have performed over 600 concerts, impressing audiences with their melodic ensemble, lively and creative solos, and undeniable stage presence. So hop on the "Caravan" heading "At the Jazzband Ball" and you’ll soon find yourself "In The Mood" for "St. Louis Blues"! The band will perform in Ascona for the third consecutive year.
