Oscar’s Fables: a Groovin’Up quintet of students from the Siena National Jazz Academy

In recent years, the young trumpeter Niccolò Monté Rizzi had taken part in JazzAscona with his group LOW FiVE, a fine quintet made up of young students from the SMUM in Lugano. As part of Groovin’ Up, the festival section dedicated to young talents under 25, he returns this year as part of the band Oscar’s Fables, an international quintet composed of young students from the Siena National Jazz Academy, led by drummer and composer Oscar Martin Del Rio.
