Italian violinist Federico Zaltron, and French guitarist Duved Dunayevsky, considered by many the spiritual heir of Django Reinhardt, bring all the magic of gypsy jazz back to Ascona. Their music was born eight years ago in Paris, when two artists driven by the same passion for jazz manouche—the incandescent and poetic mix born from the fusion of gypsy music and African-American jazz—came together.
